Project Factory and Sustainability Strategy
Eicia Consulting provides programme management and sustainability strategy consulting services.
Our sustainability strategy services consist in identifying the areas in a company organisation and in its products manufacturing processes where energy savings and waste elimation can be made. Our sustainability consulting services often start with the organisation and product carbon footprint calculation in order to measure the initial baseline and define an improvement plan accordingly.
We are proud of being a Not Only For Profit company. We care for people and the environment and for doing business consciously.
For project and programme management we take care of our clients’ projects and programmes from initiation through implementation to handover to operations. We apply a method based on PMI methodology and system thinking to lead our projects. This methodology has been built based on experience in managing feasibility studies, proof of concept, new technologies and product launches, IT transition, Business transformation, data centres re-organisation, carbon footprint calculation and energy reduction programmes.
We mostly operate in the Netherlands and Belgium.
Feel free to contact us to discuss how our Project Factory could support your business.
